I'm slowly getting used to sharing my personal space with two chubby little furballs with legs - these damn cats are into EVERYTHING!!! They are completely spoiled and adored by my father, and every day I come home to find their toys strewn all over the living room and dining room... they have their own little toy basket and it's overflowing with dingly-jangly baubles, stuffed mice, rubber balls and catnip galore.
They also LOVE to eat - they will eat almost anything, including raw vegetables and fruit. Whenever they see someone open the fridge, they jump on the kitchen table and prance around with their tails in the air, because they have discovered that the fridge = yummy stuff, and heaven forbid you eat anything in front of them without sharing.

These cats also stay inside all of the time, and have free reign of the house. They don't have beds, but only because they choose to sleep on the couch instead They absolutely adore each other, and sleep with their legs wrapped around each other.

That sounds too cute D! My cats usually end up at the foot of my bed. I could have killed the one this morning though! I was sleeping on my stomache with my one leg exposed & he went flying across & scratched the back of my knee! Boy does that sucker hurt!
I hate it when that happens. Both of our cats have been fully declawed, but we had another cat for years (Sabrina) and only her front claws were removed. She was a "lap cat" - very loving and affectionate, loved to be held and cuddled. You would push her off your lap, and she'd jump right back on... she didn't care. But she was easily spooked by noise, and if something startled her she would fly off your lap and leave claw marks on your legs. YEEEEOOOOOWWWWWW!!!!
The cats we have now, Tipper (tuxedo) and Moonpie (Siamese/calico mix) are not too keen on being held. Moonpie doesn't like human contact at ALL, save for an occasional pat on the head. She's a bit feral.

Yeah and isn't it ironic how the ones that get you have nails like f*cking Freddy Kruger!?
