I know it's been pointed out before on another site, but with his money the $2000 swimsuit isn't big deal....and it never was about the actual dollar amount anyway. It was about having respect for Nic and the money that Nic EARNED. It's called graciousness and tact.

I say one of the houses is for "the in-laws", and maybe another is for his sister-in-law, and then maybe another one is for one or two of Alice's other siblings, and then the fixer upper is for her highness to play with and spend money decorating it any way she wants since Nic's main home is already made to his taste!....lol (but what do I know)
