Well, yeah, it's a lot.... but I guess I just think he deserves a lot more. It irks me that people like Freakazoid Cruise make so much more and don't have 1/10th of the talent he does.

Well you hear EVERYTHING living in Hell-Ay about everyone. And I've heard that Nic was gay. Or a druggie. Or not really Weston's father. Jesus! People! Look at the guy!!! He looks just like him! I don't believe any of that other **** either. But for him NEEDING the money? Well. He probably does now that SOMEONE has to buy $2000 swimsuits!!!!!!!!!!!! Where's the money gonna come from?

I'm just waiting for HER to open up her own restaurant and leave him. She's bound to at any given moment in THIS town. You know something's up with him when he starts buying up the real estate and walking around with his laptop attached to his hip. He's up to something. Hope it's emailing Marty Singer his lawyer!!!!

I mean come on. He's bought houses already on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Newport Beach, CA. Looking in Germany. Built a brand new one in Sedona, AZ. Bought an old fixer upper in San Francisco, CA. Something is UP big time.

sorry to say it but ive heard similar stuff except about not being Weston's daddy. and the rumors dont surprise me because were talking about an edgy kind of guy here. to dabble in risky behavior wouldnt be that far off for a guy like Nick. as to the money he makes dont forget that about 50% is taken right off the top to pay for his handlers, security, lawyers. all that stuff. what he makes isnt what he goes home with. now the houses? hes probably trying to shelter his money or hes addicted to real estate. when you have money like that you have to spend it. it will make more money for him when he goes to sell it than if it was just sitting in a bank account or in risky stocks. real estate is prime for investment purposes.

A lot of the buying of land is for legal tax sheltering. He could rent out the properties if he wanted or just keep them as the write off for business expenses. I would think, too, he wants a home to sleep in while shooting all over, rather than a hotel. I wonder if they are all staffed 24/7 just in case he drops in?
