FINALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY!!!!! I have wanted to see Nic with a stache' for years now, and it was well worth the wait. He lots totally awesome! I love it.

Also, the premier pics of "Weatherman" were nice to see as well. Thanks Cagefactor for posting them for us. I have to admit, Alice looks wonderful for just having a baby, and she and Nic look very happy in these pics. That was very nice to see. Nic is just beaming at her. I know he is really enjoying having little Kal-el. Good for Nic, his heart and home will be filled for these upcoming holidays!

I hope he keeps the mustache for just a little while longer too! (very handsome indeed)!!!!!!

So he acts this way even when no cameras are around? Maybe it's general anxiety of a sort.

And you know, a lot of people put on a happy face in public... hey, seeing as how he's a professional actor and everything, it wouldn't be too hard for him to do that.

I am only referring to the ONE pic at the premier of "Weatherman" where they are both smiling at each other. Towards the end of her pregnancy there were no pics of them like that.

And yes, even though I don't know him personally, I have seen him much happier!!!

Agreed, I believe we can admire the man without trying to make those around him look smaller, for whatever reason. I have to think 99.9% of the people here would love to see nothing more that to have them live happily together forever raising their son in a happy, loving relationship. I haven't been around on this site for awhile..got busy with other things but I would like to get my two cents regarding this issue, which has seem to hit some hot spots for a few people in this form. As I mentioned, I haven't been around so I am not clear what has lead up to this: ie "catty" remarks from form members. Yes, I agree that personal attacts should be kept to oneself, as far as I can tell this is a form to dicuss Nic as an actor etc; however, it is human nature to be talking about or giving opinions outside of acting and movies...ie his past and future personal reltionships. I do have my opinions, which I have expressed on this form but it was done, I thought, in a respectful manager, but I think it's totally inappropriate to show disrespect or judge someone for there choices, if that has happened here.

Yes, I consider myself a fan of Nic Cage; however, I do not LIKE every movie he has done and in some cases, I thought to myself what the heck were you thinking doing such a crappy film, but that is my opinion. I think a form is to dicuss everything and give opinions, not everyone will agree or see things on the same level; however, I think people would be more willing to listen or be open to other sides if it's done in a respectful manner regardless of the topic.

It is pretty sad that people will be kick off this form for expressing their thoughts, BUT if there were personal attacts then yes, I agree action should be taken. Never the less the whole thing is pretty sad.

So two months later she decides to chide us on our remarks? I asked when he'll be on TV next and that it looked to me he and Alice were sharing a joke. Damaris replied she thought maybe he's just anxious and can put on a happy face given he's such a good actor. Cheri said she loved his stash and has seen happier pics of him. Ella gave her opinion that she has seen him happier and Kimmy agreed.

Okay, so where exactly are the catty comments? I read some observations, but nothing worth getting your panties in a wad over. When those posts were done, this forum had just started and we all moved our tiny butts over here and stopped posting on Colleen's so to get in a tizzy 2 months later is a bit dramatic....like pouting at the jewelry store.

My eyes are green with blue rims. They're always the same color. I wish I could wear contact lenses to shake off the ridiculous "good little secretary/nurse/teacher" image (no offense, Sinclaire). I am sick of only getting hit on by the guys with a glasses fetish.
