Damn, he's a good-looking man. Wish there were more men around like him... rugged, distinguished. Most men I see are soft, doughy, sloppy.

Would you believe that I've never bought a photo of him? No autographs or any other kind of memorbelia (sp?) of his. I've bought books, mags, & movies. But that's it! So maybe I should hey? Even though I wouldn't hang it either.

I guess everyone feels insecure about something. And yeah, there's a lot of bastards out there who talk trash about him. Never understood that, personally. There's even a lot of people who say he can't act!!

Oh if you go to the IMDB and check the message board for him there, it's unreal. I don't get these people that would even bother posting if it's nothing but hateful rude remarks! I mean really, if you don't like him then why go out of your way to look him up on the net, find a message board, and post crap!? Some of them don't even stop at one remark either! They come back to argue their point! WTF!!?? I know everyone has a right to their opinion and all, but that's just dumb! 2. What idiot says he can't act? Jean Claude can't act, Nic is the top of the scale and few can even come close to his talent. Those boneheads are just jealous and have zero life (obvious by the extra effort to hunt and peck at Nic on the net).

3. Nic lives in Insecure Land so I can see where he'd question himself. Not that he's got something to worry about. I know he's obsessive about the characters he plays and that has to rub off into his personal life. He's hot as hell and should know that by the moat of drool around our computers.

Now now Trace, every now and again it's good to have some gators around. You never know when there is someone that you just don't want around anymore. It's called an "O.I.T"...lol (Old Indian Trick) It's how they got rid of annoying ppl.

Besides, I know that ya'll never had "gator tail", but it is delicious! AND it DOESN'T taste like chicken!! (I am serious as a heart attack about this too)

Then you would like "gator tail". It is surprisingly delicate tasting consider it is the gator's largest muscle. It is better if you can get the whole steak, instead of the strips of meat they sell at resturants down here. That comes from all over the gator, not just the tail. Not near as good.

I can eat frog legs, but I have to keep telling myself their not frog legs. Other wise I start to get a little grossed out. ...lol

Frog legs are tasty, but don't have much meat on them (at least the ones I've had). Ever had lamb fries?

There is a verrrrrrrrry nice, verrrrrrrrrrry expensive steakhouse here in OKC that many famous people have visited over the years - their most popular appetizer is lamb fries. People who are not from "around here" assume it's just strips of lamb, breaded and fried. Umm, well, it DOES come from the lamb... but it sure as hell isn't the lamb chop.

I had octopus while on a mission trip to Mexico. Pretty good fried. But what isn't?

I, for one, am particularily fond of eating different meat - no need for the drinking.

I love octopus! There is an Asian fusion restaurant here in OKC that serves baby pickled octopus... it's delicious, but you definitely know what you're eating when you get it. Asian cuisine does not disguise what it's serving... many times, fish and poultry are served with heads intact, for example.
