Are you nervous about something in paticular ncagefan?
I can understand that ncagefan but there has to be something behind these emotional problems. Could it be your fiance'? I mean I don't want to pry, but I can't advise you with so little to go on.

yes Linda I have a problem with my fiance' ... he is abroad from a year and half and I never saw him during all this period . he promised me that he'll come in a vacation in (Eid El Adha) and it'll be at 8th january , but he told me that he won't come . he'll come after 7 or 8 months & we also didn't make any engagement ceremony yet .. this ceremony is very important in Egypt as social protocols .... I don't feel happy that engagement period will be very long we delayed ceremony more than once sorry I talked too much , but I felt that I want to talk to somebody

Anyways, I'm confused when you say he's abroad. Is it by choice, or is he away in Iraq?
I'm sorry to hear about all of this, ncagefan. Are the two of you keeping in touch through letters and calls while he is away?

he works in a gulf country ... the owners of the company which he worked at may make him lose his job if he came back to Egypt in a time other than his vacations .... he don't want to lose his job, but he really wants to return home for a vacation... life is so hard nowadays every where

I understand how that can be upsetting ncagefan. Hang in there though. He loves you & he will return as soon as he can I'm sure.
Okay, you've cornered the problem, now let's make some activities to change it. Everyday you can do a little something for YOURSELF. Paint your nails, workout, organize a closet, read Calvin and Hobbes, whatever you pick has to be only for your betterment. By building yourself up, he will have something more to come home to when the chance arises.

good ideas Sinclaire ... I really want to make many changes in my life (it's boring) ... I have some delayed things to do ... I'll complete my study with a year of specialization.. also I want to start training in a vet lab (I'm vet) ... I don't want to give up to my sad thoughts or I'll die by this method of sadness
