That was really interesting read i wonder if Alice is as educated as this article says to bag your millionaire? I doubt it somehow, or she would not have been working as a waitress, so i suppose it does show, you dont have to be highly educated, or dress smartly in designer clothes, or to attend the functions and to look like a stalker to marry a millionaire....lol, It was interesting about the part that the longer they stay in the marriage (even if it's a marriage made in hell), the bigger the payout at the end, so it does make you wonder with Nic's marriage
From what I remember in previous articles, Alice is a high school drop out. So she certainly isn't a highly educated girl. Remember when National Treasure was released and she was asked about the Declaration of Independence? She had no clue what it was. All Nick had to say was 'Please don't ask my wife history questions.' Of course, all of these articles could have been blatant lies, but you never know. Take it with a grain of salt.
I read that somewhere, that she didn't know what the declaration of Independence was, crikey even i know what that is and i'm from London, UK, she was just lucky to be in the right place at the right time, so it just proves you dont have to have the brains, and i wouldnt say she really had the looks either, to bag an A-list celeb,
Like fashion i suppose, comes and goes, maybe at the time he wanted a certain image, as you say at the time had an idea of the type of woman he wanted, but surely you cant base life on images and crazy idea's?, i think most people have an image or idea in their mind what they want in life, a fantasy maybe, but then when you cross the border of fantasy and reality, it doesn't always turn out the way you expect it too. I think Nic will learn the hard way, as much as i adore him and admire him, the saying "youv'e made your bed, now lie in it" springs to mind.

and scorpiogirl-as far as making a bed and lying in it (the saying that you posted) i have made beds in my life and had to lay in them , but i also got new beds when the old ones were not comfortable aanymore.

I can relate to that, the saying about beds, i'm just waiting till time is right to throw out the old and in with the new...lol, i suppose that's what most ppl do, it's just i'm one of these girls, that hate anybody being taken for a ride, as i wouldn't do it too anybody, and i suppose i expect the same back, but in my case i'm the one being taken for the ride, and i will do something about it in my own time...lol (never cross a scorpio....lol)and i just hate the idea of these gold diggers, i would marry for love not for money
You could say that...lol, i must have one of the laziest, pig headed guys you could ever imagine! It's just my hands are tied at the moment with him, we have some debts that need to be paid off, but we dont do things as a couple much anymore, don't go out etc, both my girls don't like him, it's just the way of life at the moment, you learn by your mistakes, i think i have now, a little too late, but what the hell, i just pick myself up and start again one day
Scorpio, i have been in a not good relationship once in the past and i can tell you that its hard to leave at first, but once you do, life gets way better for you in time. I am so glad that I left mine, my life has improved so much. I wasn't married though. As a woman, i can tell you that its better to just be strong and just do it. If your kids are not happy, that is a sign, too. Debts is not good reason to stay where you are not happy. You can make someone pay part of the debts in court. I do hope to meet a great guy someday, but i won't until i know he's a good one. Life is too short to spend more time not happy, maybe you were online the same time as me because you needed to hear this.. You can be happy again!
Thanks, i know one day i will, my eldest girl has her own life, she's 19, she just wants me to be happy, she can see how upset i am,although at times i hide it well, but deep down i'm stronger than he is, and he knows it, i'm a strong believer in "what goes around comes around" and that is a true saying, with the debts we have, it's not just a case of bad debts, it's a case of where sort of property is involved between 4 of us, so not to rock the boat with my family, i'm just waiting until time is right, and i think he knows it too. So when everything is paid off, we can go our seperate ways
Now come guys I don't think you all are being fair I mean we all know that Nic also dropped out of school to persue acting, and that he is not the only one who did that in Hollywood maybe that is why Alice fits in well with him.But I do think Nic could do better than Alice I stand corrected
