celebs losing weight

i wonder what the real secrets are for celebs to lose quick weight? They never really let you know, they act like they work out all the time, but i doubt one can lose that quick of weight that way alone.I'd love to know their true secret to losing weight as fast as they do for movies and such.

Diet pills, water pills, smoking... yeah, they probably do work out with trainers and diet and stuff, but I think many of them get some outside help. The female celebs probably take more pills and stuff than the men, because men tend to lose weight faster.  Oh, and of course there's liposuction.

I know that I'm trying very hard to shed a few pounds and have only lost 10 since January. It's really frustrating me. I don't exercise every day, though. Maybe only 4 days a week. I walk and go to the gym, and of course watch my calorie intake. Maybe I'm not drinking enough water?

You work out 4 days a week?

I cant do that... I would give up after a week wink, and I did after I tried, now I take my bike to go to work, its at least something...
Im just very lazy I guess, and I dont got much time, but thats just an excuse I use for not going to the gym...

Damaris, congrats on losimng 10 pounds. iknow it doesn't seem like much, but because it was slow it will stay off.  I work out about three times a week. I don't diet though but try to not eat sweets too much.  But i wanted to know how they lose weight so quickly, i'd love to drop a quick ten pounds but i also know if i starved myself that it would come right back on. it doesn't seem to with them so i wondered why.

Many years ago, I was into starving myself. I was not anorexic (technically) because anorexics do it because they believe they're fat. I knew I wasn't fat... I just felt it was a quick and convenient way to stay thin. I would go for days (literally) eating no food at all and getting all of my energy from Dr. Pepper. I drank vast quantities of it, and the sugar kept me buzzed. But it's a very dangerous way to live... I shrunk down to 135 lbs (I'm 5'11") before I started fainting and forgetting simple things. I was not healthy at all... very weak and lethargic... but I was THIN. I really miss having a model's build, but at least I'm strong and healthy now.

A good thing to do is to drink a lot of water, and eat three times a day (especially breakfast).

Try the Sonja Bakker diet, its relatively new, but everybody is crazy about it here in Holland. I know about 20 people who have tried the diet and it accuatally works! Its says what you have to eat on Sunday, Monday etc. and once a week you can eat fastfood. I havent tried it yet myself, but I will look up some information. And you can eat normal portions. Dutch celebs love this diet, and if its good enough for them, its good enough for you.
aww

A healthy weight loss of about 2 pounds a week, should keep the weight off, i've been battling with my weight on and off for years, yo yo dieting i suppose, i've started going to the gym, and only use the bike and treadmill, as i dont want to build muscles, as they will make your weight heavier, i've never been a big eater, it's just i dont eat enough to kick start my body into gear to lose the weight, so my body thinks i'm in starvation mode, so i dont lose it
It's a well known fact that if you lose the weight quickly, it will just go back on as fast as it came off,  i was told eat 3 meals aday, healthy food, cut out junk food, exercise about 3 to 4 times a week, and you should see a difference,
Easier said than done thoughhmm
