Damaris' Adventure PART 2
The night before Damaris arrived Lisa found out that she would be stuck working at the restaurant on Friday night until 9:00p.m. Though disappointed, Damaris said she understood and that she would just stay at Lisa's house until she returned from work and they could go out to the hot dance clubs after that. Lisa said it really was o.k. because Las Vegas clubs really don't start getting crowded until around midnight anyway. Lisa picked Damaris up at the airport, it was so good for them to finally meet each other. Lisa thought Damaris was such a special woman. She was pretty, intelligent and had the nicest personality. They could talk for hours and Damaris was so easy to talk to. Lisa knew that they were going to have a great time drinking and dancing later that night. Lisa went to work and told Damaris she'd be home around 10:00 to pick her up. While Lisa was serving drinks to some of the food tables that evening at her job, she spotted HIM. The celebrity that Damaris liked so much. She was so excited, she wanted to call Damaris to tell her. Maybe Damaris could take a taxi over and see him for herself. That sure would make her trip one to remember. Lisa asked to take a break to use the phone, but her manager told her she could not at this time. So she had to wait until later, just dying to share it with Damaris, hoping that she could call Damaris before He is done eating so that she can show up. Unfortunately, the table that HE was sitting at was not Lisa's area. All that Lisa could do, was to look at HIM from afar. Of course, she did only to notice that he starred back at her many times. Those beautiful blue eyes were amazing to Lisa. Lisa felt very attracted to Him and was wondering why he kept staring back at her. She thought, Is it possible that he could like me? Well, he was eating with three other people and most likely it was not her that he was looking at. It was probably in her mind she thought. But he certainly was very hot and very good looking. She knew that Damaris would be so thrilled. So Lisa went to the ladies room(near the payphones) and did not care anymore what her manager said. She just Had to make a quick call to Damaris to tell her to get there quickly so she could see him. While Lisa was on the payphone HE walked by to use the men's room. He walked so close to her that she could smell his cologne. He smelled very good. There was something very sexy about the way he walked, the way he carried himself with such authority. Damaris was thrilled on the other end of the phone and said she would get there as soon as she could. It seemed unbelievable to Damaris, I mean this was the man that she always dreamed about. Well, when he came out of the bathroom and walked past the payphone, he placed a napkin on the payphone without saying a word. Lisa stood there frozen. She did not know what to think. She opened the napkin and there was a telephone number on it with no name, just a number. She was breathless. She was nervous. She thought is this possible? She went back to the restaurant wondering if she should approach him, but he was gone. He and his people had already left that quickly. Oh no, Damaris will be upset that she missed him, she thought. All she could think about was the phone number, it intrigued her so..
