The Contrat.........

I was wondering what kind of wed contract , did Nic went to his lawyer, attorney, solicitor or whatever to make a safe wed contract for him and had her sign it ????? BIG QUESTION ? ...if any maybe that is why he is afraid to divorce.......Anybody knows if he did and with serious clauses in it or she can get ALL wht he got even his ****ing freaky balls ???  lol

I haven't heard any specifics of a premarital agreement but I KNOW there is one. I mean noone in their right mind that makes that much money wouldn't protect his ass and all his assets by NOT having one. Especially when getting married to someone who has nothing. It just makes good sense. But if there were SOME reason he didn't and they did get divorced she would get HALF of EVERYTHING right down the middle. Or so my father tells me. That's California law.

It was such a quick "dating" relationship that either his laywer has a standard one ready just in case Mr. Spontaneous asks for it, the lawyer worked overtime, or heaven forbid he actually just skipped that part because he was in "true love".

I can see Nick being impulsive enough to marry a girl in a moments notice but not stupid enough to not get a prenup before doing so.  If he did maybe he could claim mental incomatence and get an annullment?
