Ava, thanks for the tid bit!

1. did you notice they made a comment that he drank tea all night and was totally sober? In reference that it must be the opposite of what is common place lately and him drinking a lot?

2. they also commented that he didn't look happy (and needed a hair cut) which are both things we've been saying for a while and now proven correct by an outsider.

3. again, where is the baby?

Wow ice tea? That's a little strange to me. I kinda take him to be a hard liquor kinda guy. I guess we're waiting for some formal announcement in the papers on this relationship gone really really bad girls. I give it a week before something is said. What do you guys think?

All I can think of is if he's in the Bahamas maybe he will come to South Beach in his travels. I'll keep my ears open.

He may have had a hangover he was nursing and just taking a breather for a change too. The boy has been running fast and hard. Eventually you have to come up for air!!!!

strange news to me too. I actually know somebody who knows somebody who knows Nicolas in the field and Nic is not known for drinking ice tea while sitting in a bar.

instead of hearing that Alice and Nic are getting divorced I'd rather hear that Nicolas has checked himself into a health clinic to find out what is wrong with him. He looks so unhealthy and when I read the ice tea bit I immediately thought could he have become anorexic?

anorexics are known to become that way when they feel like there entire life is out of there control.

what do you think?

I'm not doubting you at all Ava. That's a good observation.

If Nic was healthy and appeared happy (and she was nice to those who don't have money) we'd be jealous, but in a good way. As is, it seems, she is deterioating our favorite man so we wouldn't shed a tear if she was out.

Absolutely. I want him to be healthy and happy, whatever it takes. If he can be healthy and happy while being married to "that person who shall not be named", then that's great. But regardless of his marital status, I sincerely want that man to embrace the vitality he had a few years back. It's so sad to see someone taking the turn that he's taking, especially someone who has such talent and vision.

Heard on our local news that this weekend is the Indy car races in Miami. Nic likes that stuff and is not far if he is in the Bahamas. I wonder if he will show up there. Do I need to stand in line now for tickets to that thing on the chance that he might???

Well This is soooooooooo simple if he wants to be happy he just have to divorce and say bye bye to that girl that he don't love at all .....go back solo again and be again that super stud macho type looking hot baby that he was ...for his own happy sakes

The news will be he will divorce........... or he is really very sick ....I hope it will be the DIVORCE ...and a happy Nic again

That's really horrible & I really do hope that's not the case. He's always seemed so healthy. What could have or could be going wrong with him!?

AAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH! I saw him downtown yesterday! He looks HORRIBLE!!! He actually looks like he's doing some heavy drugs or has some type of sickness. God help this man!!!!!! He was too far away for me to yell out anything this time. But I knew it was him. That new hair.

It is really odd that the tabloids haven't even tried to make up some story about his deterioration. He's still a star, but maybe not that major to anyone else (but always us) right now.

Nic never has been one to outwardly care what others thought of his performances, but I think he's insecure and is seriously retreating right now into himself.
