Yeah it's o.k. I guess! Expensive, that's for sure! LOL! I'll stick with my Montes though! My brother has one like this. It's a 78' with a 350 & t-tops. Right now it's in a gargage awaiting some repairs which I'm planning on having done real soon! He said it's mine then! I can't wait!

By the way, I watched a show last night that said that Lamborghinis can catch fire!

You mean, like, spontaneously??

My dad used to have a Monte Carlo... he totally redid it, painted it cherry red with black leather interior.  It was sweeeeeeeeet.  I'm gonna have my mom scan a picture of it so I can post it here.  Some collector bought it from him... can't remember how much.  I'll ask when I visit them tonight.

I'm not sure if it's spontaneously or what. I was on the puter at the same time & kinda going back & forth between the two. That definetly caught my attention though. I'll have to look it up & see what the deal is over that. But it catching fire is why it ranked #2 on this show's list.

Anyways, yes I would love to see this car your dad had. I've been a Monte fan for quite some time & if I ever hit the lottery, I want to own a whole fleet of them! LOL!

Oooh liking the truck Cheri! I would need a ladder to get in that thing though! LOL!

But yeah that car is smokin! I can't wait to get this one of my brother's fixed. It needs welding done on the frame, new brakes, a tune up & definetly a paint job! Right now it's a powder-puff blue in color! I want it black! I REALLY love this car & have big ideas for it! I'm even thinking about having a special plate made for it giving it it's name BLKWZRD.

That would be SMOOTH.  I'm liking that name!

My uncle (the alcoholic) once bought a 1982 (?) T-Bird convertible.  Sorry for being such a dunce about cars, but I can't remember the exact model of it.  But at any rate, this car was supposed to be kind of rare, like they only made 100 or so of them that year.  And that ****ing moron didn't take care of it... he'd leave the top down in the rain, let the interior rot in it.  A cat crawled into the back seat and gave birth, and he never bothered to clean it up.  He's like that... he buys really nice stuff and then lets it get trashed.

My father bought that car from him for $500 and rebuilt it from the ground up.  God, it was gorgeous when it was done.  I wanted it so badly.  Caramel leather interior, bucket seats.  He replaced the cloth top with a hard vinyl retractable top, vanilla exterior.  I coveted this car like no other, but he already had it sold to someone in Michigan (?) before it was finished.  Damn.  I want a really hot little car, something totally impractical, something that screams "horny single girl".  LMAO.

I'll see if I can get pics of that one too.

Don't you just love guys like that D!? That's why my brother waited until I got rid of bozo to give me the car! My brother re-built the engine in this Monte & he DID NOT want my ex behind the wheel of it! My ex ruins cars too!

But yeah you need something hot to trot in yourself. I'm seeing you in Mustang!

That would be very cool.  The only problem with sexy cars is the insurance is outrageous.  I'm pissed that I have to pay what I do right now, considering I'm a good driver and have a clean record.  I don't even want to THINK about what it would be for a Mustang.

Tell me about it D! My insurance was $80 a month & then when they found out that there is another driver in the house(my brother) they went ahead & added him on my policy for another $30! WTF!? But yeah I'm sure I will pay through the nose when I get this thing road ready because they take into consideration the engine that's in the car & like I said, it's a 350!
