okay, I am thoroughly embarrassed and tempted to take that pic down....but thank you all for your kind words!! I'm trying to get used to the twins and being more exposed. That's my new swimsuit (nothing fits now) and I'm better with more coverage, like a one piece. Damaris encouraged me to get the 2 piece but it feels a bit revealing. I'm weird like that. Truly a midwest gal from the corn fields.
I used the Eat Right 4 Your Type diet to lose the baby weight last year. If I follow it, I feel great, but I know when I really cheat because I get puffy and tired. It's based on your blood type and how your body uses food...it's why some people do well on steak and others veggies, why I can't be a runner but do well at yoga.
speaking of running....Nic looked so hot running on the beach in Windtalkers!!! And in Nat Treas!!! He encourages me to keep working out and have a "military" body.
After hanging out with Sinclaire, I am inspired to grab this book and read it cover to cover. When she comes to visit in OKC, she's going to take pictures of ME! And I want to be ready for it. Once I get hired full-time I'll be working out at the gym at work as much as possible.
I want to lose about 20 lbs or more... I'm shooting for vanity pounds right now.

OMG! ME TOO! How bizarre is THAT?? It's like we're in sync or something. Who else is having their "week" right now? I have been craving cheeseburgers and onion rings and chocolate.... lots and lots of chocolate. I've done really well so far, except for today.... I had a small piece of chocolate cake. It was the monthly birthday celebration at work, and everyone in our department shared cake. I really, honestly didn't want any, but one of the girls said the boss' wife bakes the cake every month, and you're "strongly encouraged" to have a piece and then tell him how great it is. He makes a really big deal about his wife's baking. I love my job, but it's highly political at times. So, I had a small square with very little icing.
If you eat a slice of cake because of work-related politics, does it still count?
