The only thing I didn't like in Ghost Rider was that the kissing scenes between Nicolas and Eva Mendes were not very sexy. Its like he just kept his lips closed while giving a quick kiss. IN some of his older movies the kissing scenes were sexier and more realistic. I guess its because he is married when filming this one. BUT I LIKED EVERYTHING ELSE that he did in this movie. he was great.
may help him concentrate on his co-star and really kissing her if his wife wasn't glued to him....she is really hurting his ability to act and ultimately his career

Nic often used to date his females co-star ...sure it might be frustrating for him to be stopped ...by a pot of glue

If he wasn't married when he was filming National Treasure, i bet he was in a relationship with her, so maybe this is why he wasn't giving his full 100%

Maybe Patrica wasn't paranoid about anything, maybe his wife now could be, you just don't know what goes through their heads, jealousy, insecurity, who knows, or maybe he is completly under her thumb.

I am sure that it would be harder for a nonceleb wife to understand. Though it would also be wrong for a nonceleb wife to get upset over it because she knew she married a film star and that goees with the territory. Maybe it is his doing who knows, but he needs to make his on screen kisses better again if he wants more people liking his movies. I would guess that a large number of his female movieviewers like him because of his romantic nature in some of his films and the kisses . His acting is great, but lets face it, women audience like to see the romantic part. I suppose that Patricia understood this as she was an actress.

I agree with you, if his movie career does go down, will she still love him just as much if he is not in the movie career anymore? you can love someone just too much, which will smother you. If he doesn't like doing the kissing scenes anymore, maybe he should stick to the villian side, and not have any beautiful leading ladies with him
I think a lot of it is passion.....passion for life and all that's in it. Nic had sooooo much passion that it seaped out of him, just oozed. And then he met her and the passion has jilted. Or it's a different kind of passion, I don't know. All I can see is the outside of the man and the triggers are producing different effects than before.
